Shipping policy

Frozen goods will be carefully prepared for shipping to maintain their quality. They will be packaged in insulated bags or boxes and accompanied by ice packs to ensure they remain frozen during transit. Our insulated shipping boxes are designed to keep items cold for up to 76 hours, providing ample time for them to reach their destinations while still frozen.

For non-frozen orders placed Monday through Friday, they will be shipped out the following business day to ensure prompt delivery. However, orders containing frozen items have specific shipping timelines. If received between Monday and Wednesday, they will be dispatched within 24 hours to maintain their frozen state.

Orders received on Thursday through Sunday, or outside the Monday-Wednesday timeframe, will be shipped out on the following Monday. This delay is necessary because shipping carriers are typically closed over weekends, which poses a risk to the quality and freshness of frozen foods. To mitigate this risk, we refrain from shipping frozen items unless there is a transit period of at least three days to ensure their quality upon arrival.
